(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed downwards, on January 16, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Elior Group, and no longer holds any Elior shares as of meaning of article 223-13 I, 2° of the general regulations.
The banking institution explains that this crossing of thresholds results from the return of borrowed Elior securities, to the result of which the trading exemption applies for the declarant. Its subsidiary CACIB individually crossed the same thresholds downwards.
