Elior: Stifel raises its recommendation to ‘keep’

(CercleFinance.com) – Stifel announced on Friday that it had raised its advice on Elior shares from ‘sell’ to ‘hold’, with a price target set at 25 euros.

In a vast study devoted to the business services sector, the broker says it maintains a favorable opinion on the collective catering segment due to the growing use of outsourcing of these professions.

From his point of view, the confirmation of the recent inflationary trajectory is capable of supporting market players by supporting the recovery of their profit margins.

Stifel nevertheless expresses its preference for the title of the British Compass, which it recommends for purchase, to the detriment of the French Elior and Sodexo due to the more dynamic growth of the group, its cautious forecasts and the opportunities offered by the structure of its balance sheet.
