Elis completes the acquisition of the textiles activities of Blesk InCare in Russia

PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – Industrial laundry group Elis announced on Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the textiles activities of laundry services company Blesk InCare in Russia.

The transaction amount was not sent. Elis said, however, that these activities are expected to generate around 700 million rubles in revenue this year, or more than 8 million euros, with a growth rate of 10% or more.
