In addition to its new Find X5, Oppo took advantage of its conference this Thursday to announce the release of its new wireless headphones, the Oppo Enco X2.

These headphones, which were already leaked last month by leaker Ice Universe, offer some particularly enticing features. It must be said that Oppo is particularly recognized in the field of inexpensive wireless headphones with its Enco range.

The new Oppo Enco X2 headphones should therefore continue in the line of the previous Oppo Enco X. They thus benefit from 11 mm transducers in addition to 6 mm balanced diaphragm transducers. An acoustic formula developed in partnership with Dynaudio and which makes it possible to offer sound compatible with Hi-Res Wireless certification. On the wireless audio codec side, the Oppo Enco X2 are compatible not only with AAC and SBC, but also with LHDC and LC3, thus allowing a bit rate of up to 900 kbps in 96 kHz at 24 bits.

Multipoint Bluetooth, noise reduction and wireless charging

The functionalities have not been forgotten since the Oppo Enco X2 are equipped with active noise reduction – in addition to the passive isolation of the in-ear tips. They can also be connected to two source devices simultaneously thanks to their multipoint Bluetooth compatibility.

To ensure the autonomy of its headphones, Oppo has integrated a 57 mAh battery in each of them as well as a 566 mAh accumulator in the charging box. Enough to allow, according to the Chinese firm, up to 5 hours of autonomy with maximum noise reduction, and 20 hours in total with the charging box. The case can also be recharged using the integrated USB-C socket, but is also compatible with wireless charging.

The Oppo Enco X2 headphones announced this Thursday come in white or black. They will be launched at the end of April at a price of 199.99 euros.
