The American Virginia Giuffre says she was “delivery for a sexual purpose” to the British Prince when she was only 17 years old. Charges that Prince Andrew vigorously contests. After playing cat and mouse with the American authorities, he asked the justice system to reject this complaint which is according to him “unfounded”. A hearing is to be held on January 4 in New York to consider his request. If rejected, a civil trial is expected to be held between September and December 2022.
