Erold (FR0010211037 – ALPLA) announces that the Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Hervé Dumesny, at its meeting of October 24, 2022, unanimously appointed Mr. Thierry Casseville, co-founder and shareholder of Erold , as Chief Executive Officer from October 24, 2022, for a term of one year.
Thierry Casseville will also rely on the marketing and commercial expertise of Mr. Patrice Angot, co-founder, shareholder of Erold and director appointed by the Board of Directors. The assignments of Thierry Casseville and Patrice Angot, who left his operational duties in 2016, will be carried out free of charge.
Thierry Casseville is thus returning to the operational management of the Group. He will bring his strong expertise of the markets in which the Group operates and will be responsible for leading the operational recovery of the Group, now refocused on its historical businesses, and developing synergies in conjunction with the GMC Group.
Thierry Casseville has previously resigned from his position as non-voting member of the Board of Directors and takes over from Ms. Stéphanie Tricot, who had assumed the functions of General Management on a temporary basis following the change in governance. announced last July.
