(Boursier.com) — ESI Group SA announces that the public purchase offer for the shares of ESI Group at a price of 155 euros per share initiated by Keysight Technologies Inc, through its wholly owned subsidiary Keysight Technologies Netherlands BV will be open from December 1, 2023 (inclusive) to January 8, 2024 (inclusive). The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) declared the offer compliant.
