Esker: increase in activity but decline in profits in 2023


(CercleFinance.com) – Esker publishes a turnover of 178 ME in 2023, up 12% compared to 2022.

Despite this increase in activity, this specialist in the automation and dematerialization of management documents saw its operating profit fall by 16%, to 17.9 ME, while the net result stood at 14.8 ME. , down 17%.

For its part, the FCF increased by 57%, to 15.5 ME.

Geographically, the Americas and Europe zones are the most dynamic with respective growth of 15% and 14% in their turnover. The Asia-Pacific region also grew by 11% in a difficult environment.

In this context, Esker anticipates revenue growth of 12 to 14% for the 2024 financial year (excluding acquisitions and currency effects) with an operating margin of between 12 and 13% of revenue. These perspectives will be updated in future publications, indicates the firm.
