In real life, Jason Biggs is also a “second son” for Eugene Levy – now the “American Pie” stars are celebrating a reunion.

Actor Eugene Levy (77) received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday (March 8th). His own son Daniel (40), also an actor and screenwriter of the series “Schitt’s Creek” with his father, did not make it to the ceremony. But someone whom Levy referred to as his “second son” in his speech: Jason Biggs (45), whose father Noah Levenstein played Levy in all eight “American Pie” films from 1999. “I love the fact that you’re here,” Levy said of his on-screen son in his speech.

Both men posed next to Levy’s newly installed star on the famous Hollywood Boulevard walkway in Los Angeles on Friday. Levy, who has been active in the film industry since 1970, is the 2,773rd. Eugene Levy got his start in the film industry in 1973 with “Cannibal Girls”. Numerous films and series followed, and from the late 1980s onwards Levy also worked more as a director. For his role in the series “Schitt’s Creek”, which began in 2015 and was co-developed by him He was awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2020.

Together with Jason Biggs, Levy appeared in eight of the nine films in the “American Pie” series as his father Noah Levenstein.
