(AOF) – Eurazeo has finalized its investment of £355 million in BMS Group and acquired approximately 34% of the company’s capital. The French investment company and BCI, majority shareholders holding co-control of the company, will support the next phase of the group’s development. The investment by Eurazeo and other shareholders should enable BMS to expand its global presence, both through organic growth and external growth.
Since the announcement of Eurazeo’s investment on December 23, 2022, BMS has already completed 10 acquisitions and continued its strong growth trajectory.
