(CercleFinance.com) – Eurazeo finalizes its investment of £355 million in BMS Group and acquires approximately 34% of the company’s capital.
Eurazeo and its affiliates are joining BMS alongside its historic shareholders, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), Preservation Capital Partners (PCP) as well as the management and employees of BMS.
Founded in 1980, BMS is a leading independent insurance and reinsurance broker, providing comprehensive, customized solutions focusing on complex risks as well as capital markets advisory services.
The group operates in 16 countries and has 33 offices around the world (United States, Canada, Latin America, Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East).
