(CercleFinance.com) – The Swiss company Aroma Health declared that on May 13, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Eureking and held 1,079,905 Eureking shares representing as many of voting rights, i.e. 5.40% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Eureking shares outside and on the market.
