(CercleFinance.com) – UBS Group declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on December 21, through UBS AG, which it controls, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and voting rights of Eureking and hold 7.39% of the capital and voting rights of this SPAC.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the number of Eureking shares held by assimilation. On this occasion, UBS AG individually crossed the same thresholds downwards.
