(AOF) – Eurofins Scientific (-1.15% to 46.61 euros) announces a turnover of 4.82 billion euros at the end of September 2023, down 4.2% over one year, after the decline in sales of anti-Covid-19 products. The analysis specialist confirms its annual objectives for 2023 with a turnover of between 6.45 and 6.55 billion euros, an adjusted EBITDA of between 1.32 and 1.37 billion, and free cash flow. before investment on the sites held between 670 and 620 million euros. It notes organic growth of 7.3% in turnover in its core business (excluding Covid-19).

“The third quarter of 2023 is the first quarter since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic where, adjusted for the negative impact of the exchange rate, year-on-year core business revenue growth was more than “compensated for the year-on-year decline in revenue from COVID-19 tests and reagents,” comments Dr. Gilles Martin, CEO of the company.
