New appointment on M6. Friday July 1, 2022, M6 broadcasts “Toutchange oumover”, the new program by Stéphane Plaza. In this new program, the PAF’s best-known real estate agent comes to the aid of a family facing a tough choice: sell their home to gain space or comfort or do some work. With the help of decorator Sophie Ferjani and real estate agent Antoine Blandin, Stéphane Plaza will have to find a solution. For their part, customers will have to define the budget they can devote to the planned changes. The experts will then have to respect these prerogatives to make proposals to them.

Change or move everything: what’s the problem?

For the first issue, it is Stéphanie, 36 years old and Nicolas, 38 years old, both parents of twins Emma and Alyssia who have different projects. Living in Pontoise in the Val-d’Oise, the parents are not at all in agreement on their project. For his part, Stéphane is part of the “I want to leave” team while her husband wants to stay. The problem is that with their third child project, the mother wants separate spaces. But that’s not all: given that she is undertaking training as a naturopath, Stéphanie needs a work space to open her practice. Nicolas thinks she can open it in the city center but Stéphanie wants to practice at home. “What we have created for five years here for our children, our relationships, schools… I think that makes a lot of change for this project” confides the father of the family in the exclusive extract that Télé Star invites you to discover.
