An investigating judge was appointed following a complaint filed by a prison official. According to FO, the case reveals a broader dysfunction.

I’information had not filtered out until now: an investigating judge, Benjamin Jungman, is investigating a case of harassment within the central management of the prison administration. He was appointed following a complaint with civil action, lodged with the dean of the investigating judges by a category A civil servant. The latter, moreover, has already condemned the chancellery before the administrative court of call from Paris, January 22, 2021.

The magistrates had considered that this agent should indeed occupy a post, to which she had been appointed in the rules, but which had been refused to her.
