This Thursday, January 27, the second issue of C8’s new political program, Face à Baba, will welcome presidential candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon. But the latter would have made a special request to the team of Cyril Hanouna.
A new success in sight for C8? While the first edition of the political program of the channel of the Canal group had gathered more than 2.4 million viewers when Eric Zemmour came, Face à Baba is preparing to welcome another presidential candidate: Jean-Luc Mélenchon. The leader of rebellious France has an appointment this Thursday, January 27 with Cyril Hanouna for an evening of debates which promises to be intense. Like his far-right rival before him (December 16), Jean-Luc Mélenchon will be faced with ten speakers who have come to challenge him, contradict him and question him during the show.
But while Eric Zemmour had given no instructions to Cyril Hanouna’s team, it would be different for the far left candidate. The story dates back to February 11, when Jean-Luc Mélenchon accepted the presenter’s invitation to come and debate on the program Balance your post. The condition ? That Eric Naulleau is not present, so that he cannot treat him as “Fuhrer”.
Jean-Luc Mélenchon: “I don’t want to find myself in a trap”
At the time, the presidential candidate had explained that he “wanted to find himself in traps, fights” because Eric Naulleau was “systematically aggressive and even abusive” towards him. While Jean-Luc Mélenchon reaffirmed on January 4 that he would participate in the show Face à Baba, will there be Eric Naulleau on set or has his request been reiterated? Answer this Thursday evening, on C8, from 9 p.m.
