New record for "Bauer sucht Frau": In sixteen seasons no one has received as many applications as young farmer Patrick.

The 16th season of the successful show "Bauer sucht Frau" starts on October 26th – due to the coronavirus, with some changes. Because the barn festival could not take place due to the pandemic, presenter Inka Bause (51) presented all farmers with their letters or the chosen ones personally. So did young farmer Patrick (24) from Lake Constance, who set a record.

"In sixteen seasons, nobody has ever received as many applications as you!" Inka informed the farmer personally. The 24-year-old is studying industrial engineering and is also preparing to take over the family business. From all the letters he selected six women.

On a ship on Lake Constance, Inka Bause introduced the young farmer to Annika (21, student from Munich), Antonia (20, beautician from Lower Saxony), Julia (25, dental assistant from Munich), Kim (20, student from Upper Bavaria) and Sofia (22, veterinary specialist from northern Lake Constance) and Stefanie (24, office clerk from Swabia). After getting to know each other for the first time and subsequent individual dates, Patrick has to decide with whom he would like to spend the farm week.

Patrick has come up with something special for his chosen ladies. I thought that every woman I actually invite to the court week would receive a sunflower from me, "says Patrick's plan."
