A 37-year-old man who crashed his Audi into the rear of a truck on the A7 on Friday evening in the German Allgäu, not far from Vorarlberg, had no chance of surviving.
On Friday evening at around 6.50 p.m. on the German Autobahn A7, between the Bad Grönenbach and Woringen junctions in the north, there was a fatal traffic accident. The force of the impact caused the driver of the car to suffer such serious injuries that he died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the truck was shocked. To clarify the cause of the accident, an accident expert was commissioned by order of the Memmingen public prosecutor’s office. The motorway was closed for almost 5 hours while the accident was being recorded and the clean-up work was being carried out.
