FC Bayern Munich will be the main actor in a documentary for the streaming service Amazon Prime Video. The series should be on view from autumn.

The German record champions FC Bayern Munich also opens its doors to a documentary team. As both the club and Amazon confirmed, the current Champions League winner is providing exclusive insights behind the scenes for a documentary on Amazon Prime Video. The cameras monitor the team of coach Hansi Flick (55) very closely.

In the documentary, which is to be broadcast from autumn 2021, the triple victory will be experienced first hand, but also presidium meetings and negotiations of the board of directors around Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (65), Oliver Kahn (51) and Hasan Salihamidzic (44) be visible.

"We are proud to be able to tell the story of FC Bayern with this documentary, because it is a great success story," says CEO Rummenigge about the format. Especially in times of Corona, this is a "wonderful opportunity for our fans to experience first-hand what is going on in our team and our club". His designated successor Kahn describes the documentary as an important step into the future of the club: "We are always ready to break new ground."
