(CercleFinance.com) – FDE (Française de l’Energie) announces that it has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in Greenstat ASA, a green energy operator based in Norway, with a strong focus on hydrogen and solar activities.
The amount amounts to approximately 15.5 million euros, including a capital increase of 13 million to finance the project pipeline of the acquired company, allowing the French group to hold a controlling stake in Greenstat of 56.35 %.
The transaction was fully paid with existing liquidity, allowing FDE to maintain its strong financing capacity, alongside ongoing financing discussions, in order to pursue its various projects, including those of Greenstat.
