A plan is needed for the move. This to-do list at least includes which apps and other data are to be migrated. The best thing to do is look through all the installed apps and sort everything you want to take with you.
A good division would be to collect free apps, then the paid apps, and then apps you no longer need. It is best to uninstall what is no longer needed right away.
The user data that you want to take with you is also important. Photos and videos are likely to accrue to each user, but there may be other documents, contacts, or a local password database that you need to move.
