After an escaped cow damaged a police car and several fences in Wolfsberg, the animal was killed by the Cobra with two targeted head shots.
On Tuesday at 9.45 a.m., a cow broke out while being loaded at Wolfsberg train station and ran towards Wolfsberg Castle. After several attempts to catch the cow or to drive it into a cattle truck had negative results, the cow also slightly damaged a police vehicle during the escape attempts and several fences seriously, it was agreed with the owner and a veterinarian present that the animal should be killed on site .
Cobra shot the cow in the head
An officer of the requested EKO Cobra killed the cow with two aimed head shots. The animal was then expertly shot by a butcher present using a firing pin. After the killing was carried out in impassable terrain near Wolfsberg Castle, the FF Wolfsberg used a rope winch to recover it and collect it from the animal body disposal department.
