For three years now, Grégoire de Lasteyrie, president of the Paris-Saclay agglomeration community (27 municipalities) and mayor of Palaiseau, has been struggling to assert the rights of his fellow citizens in terms of very high speed (THD). Multiplication of problems, dilution of responsibilities

The echoes reported, in February 2022, that Paris-Saclay delegated its fiber competence to an intermunicipal union in the Ile-de-France region bringing together 117 communities, which itself entrusted the delegation of public service to the company Covage, since acquired by Altitude Infra. Unsurprisingly, she herself returns the ball to commercial operators, who also call on subcontractors.
After two criminal complaints, the Council of State seized
In April 2022, Grégoire de Lasteyrie asked Arcep to give formal notice to the operators Tutor Europ’Essonne, Orange, Bouygues Telecom and SFR “so that they meet their legal and regulatory obligations”. The agglomeration then filed a complaint against X in May 2022, after months of fruitless conciliation with Arcep and these same operators. It therefore adds a stone to the building with this complaint against Arcep itself.
