Following the judgment pronounced on May 17, 2023 by the Tribunal de l’entreprise francophone de Bruxelles, Llama Group SA, whose registered office is located at 1070 Brussels, Route de Lennik, 471, BCE: 0473.699.203 obtained the opening of a judicial reorganization procedure.
Llama Group SA filed its reorganization plan on August 16, 2023 with the registry of the French-speaking business court in Brussels.
This plan presented by the company provides for a reduction of the total debt from €17,123,669 to €11,431,300 or €5,692,368. It also provides for deferrals in order to correspond to the cash flow plan including the various payments that the company must still receive from Azerion.
Details of the plan can be found on the Llama Group website. This plan and the judicial reorganization procedure only concern Llama Group and not the Winamp, Bridger, Hotmix and Jamendo subsidiaries.
This plan, to be approved, must obtain a majority in number and in value and cannot be contrary to public order.
The creditors concerned will be able to attend the hearing on September 6, 2023 at 9 a.m. at the court office to express their vote regarding this plan.
