(Boursier.com) — Moncey Financial is a holding company that manages a portfolio of investments. It therefore did not achieve any turnover during the 2023 financial year, just like in 2022.
Net income, Group share, amounts to 13 million euros (9 ME in 2022). It essentially includes the share of net income of Société Industrielle et Financière de l’Artois (SIF Artois) which mainly benefited in 2023 from the growth of its financial income, in a context of rising interest rates.
Dividend
The Board of Directors of Financière Moncey will propose to the General Meeting to pay a dividend of 28 euros per share for the 2023 financial year, or 5 ME, identical to the 2022 financial year.
