(Boursier.com) — The company Finatis informs its Shareholders that they are convened to an Annual Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday May 19, at 2 p.m., at the Capital 8 Conference Center, in Paris.
The prior notice of the General Meeting, including the agenda and the text of the resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of April 11 (bulletin no. 43). The notice convening the General Meeting will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of April 27 (bulletin no. 50) as well as in the journal of legal notices “Actu juridique” of April 27. The procedures for participating in and voting at this Meeting are set out in these notices. All documents and information concerning this Meeting are made available to Shareholders under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force.
