Flat stomach, yes, but rather not steel six-packs? This is possible with the French workout method Belly Sculpting.

A flat, feminine-shaped stomach without a steel-hard six-pack – that’s what many women want. The key word is “Belly Sculpting” – a workout method by the French Pilates trainer Anaïs Jazmine. In her exercises, she focuses on strengthening the entire core of the body and thus creating a beautiful body shape with a slim waist and flat stomach; a method known from Pilates.

in the Interview with the French “Vogue” Anaïs Jazmine explains that she developed the method in March 2020 after women increasingly asked her about gentle but effective exercises for the abdomen. And so the belly sculpting was created from an interplay of yoga, stomach vacuum elements and classic breathing exercises from Pilates. According to Anaïs Jazmine, a belly sculpting workout consists of ten to 15 minutes of abdominal muscle training followed by Pilates exercises. Abdominal breathing is used to specifically and deeply strengthen the stomach. A total of 20 to 30 minutes of training a day is enough to see the first results. So how does the method work?

The so-called hypopressive abdominal breathing, the “incorrect breathing” of the chest from yoga and the posture methods from Pilates are decisive for the workout. The point is to create a vacuum in the abdominal cavity by breathing after fully exhaling. To do this, the deep abdominal muscles must be tensed, as Anaïs Jazmine shows on Instagram.

According to Anaïs Jazmine, the first results can be expected after the first session: “The advantages of breathing work are quickly felt in our body: a peaceful, clear mind, a relaxed stomach, better lymph circulation and better digestion. You can quickly see how it works Stomach flatter and less bloated. ” You can see very obvious results after just three to seven days of training. After around 21 days, a very clear difference can be seen.
