(CercleFinance.com) – Fleury Michon announces the sale of 100% of its shares in the capital of the Slovenian company Proconi. The purchaser is the Slovenian company Eta.
Proconi’s activity was not significant on the scale of Fleury Michon.
‘This sale will have no impact on current operating income for 2021, and a negative impact (depreciation of securities) on net income for 2021 which should nonetheless be positive as previously announced’ indicates the group.
