While Putin tries to proceed, with the failure that we know, to what he very seriously calls the “denazification” of Ukraine, the Azeri satrap Aliyev decided to rename Armenia… the“Western Azerbaijan”. As for his capital, he says, in defiance of history, it is a “Azerbaijani city”. We couldn’t be clearer about his intentions.
