Football Manager 2023: The release of the PlayStation 5 version is postponed to an indefinite date

Expected within a few days on PC, consoles and mobiles, Soccer Manager 2023 is unfortunately the victim of a small hitch just before its launch. As indicated on the official website of the license, following “unforeseen complications that arose during the submission and approval process” of the title, the release of the next episode of the management/management game developed by Sports Interactive and published by SEGA has been postponed indefinitely.

All other versions will be arriving on November 8th

According to London studio director Miles Jacobson, “We (Sports Interactive) are devastated by this result. We have worked tirelessly with our partners for several weeks to try to remedy this. It was particularly difficult to make this decision as it involves holding onto a great game that a number of talented people at Sports Interactive have worked extensively on. […]. We will continue to do everything in our power to get this game into the hands of PS5 players as soon as possible. »

While waiting to learn more, note that those who pre-ordered the game on the PlayStation Store can request a refund if they wish. For the others, meet on Tuesday November 8 to discover Soccer Manager 2023 on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android.
