A short but sufficient speech to reassure her subscribers, worried about her. In comment, she was able to count on their support.

She went back to work. A few days after the revelations of Nicolas de Tavernost concerning the death threats, it was the producer of the program Zone Interdite who spoke. Guest of Europe 1, Jean-Marie Tricaud gave reassuring news from the journalist. Indeed, despite the many death threats she may have received, he assured: “She is fine“. He then clarified that this situation is very complicated for her, however. “Obviously, it’s intolerable to find yourself in this situation for having done your job.” he asserted. Determined not to be reached, Ophélie Meunier returned to work. “She faces, she works. She came back to the office. But, I’m not going to tell you a story, It’s a very difficult situation to live with,” he confided. More recently, the Paris prosecutor’s office took matters into its own hands. This Monday, February 7, following the complaint filed by the journalist, a investigation for death threats was opened. As a reminder, from the outset, justice reacted quickly by launching investigations and placing the journalist under police protection.
