PARIS, Feb 4 (Reuters) – The board of directors of EDF EDF.PA is expected to approve on Monday the acquisition of the nuclear activities of the American group General Electric GEN, the daily Les Echos wrote on Friday, specifying that the public group should pay 273 million euros for this operation.
