In Bordeaux, Doctor N’Doye, with a crystal clear voice, sings Aznavour or Johnny during operations. She is in the final of the “France has incredible talent” competition and with her fellow caregivers, she is even releasing an album.
It’s a real phenomenon… Initially, a scene filmed in the operating room and published by the Bordeaux-Nord polyclinic where doctor N’Doye works. A Bordeaux gynecologist who quickly became a star on social networks, quite simply because before operating on her patient, we see Doctor N’Doye singing wonderfully to help the patient relieve stress and fall asleep .
An album on December 8
A piece of soul, but not only that. The doctor’s repertoire ranges from Aretha Franklin to Charles Aznavour, including Céline Dion and many others. “I really like soul music, a bit of singers with big voices. I specialize in gynecological oncology. I have patients that I operate on several times for breast cancer, for reconstructions. So it’s true that these are always very heavy journeys. It’s very technical. And to sing in front of the patient, eye to eye and to accompany her as she sleeps. For me, it allows me to concentrate, to tell myself to be careful, you have no right to make a mistake,” she says.
For years, she has become accustomed to mobilizing her exceptional voice to get through these difficult moments, during anesthesia for example. As a result, Doctor N’Doye joined two other caregivers to participate in the M6 show “France has an incredible talent”.
Here they are qualified for the semi-final that the channel will broadcast next month when Doctor N’Doye and his two colleagues, who use music as a therapeutic tool, release their first album under the group name Les Soignantes. Release scheduled for December 8. Part of the profits collected will go to the Fondation de France.
