Even if Frostpunk 2 is not expected before this summer on computers, and later on home consoles, the management game of a city ravaged by a glacial apocalypse is already playable in closed beta since last nightprovided you have pre-ordered the edition Deluxe digital. Furthermore, the title places more emphasis on the management of the society of its city rather than the strategy of survival, in order to offer a real difference compared to the previous part. Thanks to these less harsh climatic conditions, players will be able to “set up a council representative of these factions” and “reconciling conflicting interests and navigating the complexities of society”.
The closed beta of Frostpunk 2 is available until April 22, 7:00 p.m. The release date of the final version is set for July 25, 2024. on PC and in the PC Game Passthe title will subsequently be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series Xbox Game Pass.
