(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Galimmo was held in Paris, this Tuesday, April 30, at 9:30 a.m. In total, 12 shareholders, representing 30,266,560 shares, giving the right to 30,266,560 votes, voted by correspondence or gave powers to the President, which represented 93.28% of the company’s capital and voting rights. The quorum being present, the Assembly was able to validly deliberate on the agenda.
All resolutions were adopted unanimously.
