Gecina: new leases signed

(Boursier.com) – Gecina signed on December 30, 2021 with Keolis, the world leader in shared mobility, a 9-year lease covering approximately 6,000 m (2) of the ‘Sunside’ building located in La Défense.

Keolis will set up its head office there. The building, thus marketed at 62%, will be made available during the second quarter of 2022.

‘Sunside’, with a surface area of ​​9,500 m2, delivered in the second half of 2021, has undergone a complete renovation. This building is equipped with the most complete services (company restaurant, concierge, YouFirst Café, parcel box, etc.) accessible through the YouFirst Bureau mobile application, deployed since last November.

The asset is also HQE Excellent and WiredScore certified.

Adamas commercialization completed

Last December, Gecina also finalized the marketing of the entire 9,700 m2 of the Adamas building, with the lease to Onclusive, a global partner for public relations and communication, of 2,780 m2 under a lease from a period of 9 years and approximately 850 m2 to a digital services company, supplementing the leases already signed with GazelEnergie and ISS.
