There’s no shortage of depraved superheroes in The Boys. “Generation V”, the first spin-off of the series on Amazon Prime Video, now shows the wild university years of the next generation of heroes.
- The “The Boys” spin-off “Gen V” not only gets a first trailer, but also a longer title in Germany.
- As “Generation V”, the series will take us to the superhero university Godolkin from September 29, 2023 on Amazon Prime Video.
Welcome to Godolkin University! The only superhero university in the USA prepares tomorrow’s heroes for their tasks and duties today. What could be an X-Men-style adult Marvel series is actually Generation V, the new spin-off of Amazon Prime Videos’ hit series The Boys.
Much to the annoyance of Billy Butcher and his team, there is no shortage of offspring heroes, which of course is due to the superhero serum Compound V. Of course, the Godolkin students are not yet as powerful as the heroes of the Seven, but that can change quickly…
Trailer in the best of “The Boys” style
The university theme makes “Generation V” look a bit like a milder teen spin-off, but the first trailer for the series proves the opposite. It gets bloody and raunchy here, just the way fans know and love The Boys.
While we probably won’t see the Boys again until 2024, “Generation V” is a promising filler in Amazon Prime Video’s news program from September 29, 2023, which may already introduce heroes who will one day also appear in “The Boys” expect.
