As we were getting ready to leave on our New Year’s Eve path and move on to the year 2022, miHoYo had one more thing to tell us in 2021. Version 2.4 of Genshin Impact will not arrive until next Wednesday, but as expected, the studio has decided to teaser version 2.5 now with the presentation of Yae Miko.

Yae Miko isn’t much of a new character for those who have done Inazuma’s quests. The Priestess of Narukami Sanctuary will however be playable from version 2.5., and miHoYo offers us more details on the character here, with key art in support. As we already knew, the character will be of Electro type, and a priori, it will be the only character of this version 2.5 (sorry for those and those who wanted to see Ayato).
Its gameplay will be revealed during the preview stream for version 2.5, which will take place in approximately 4 to 5 weeks. Until then, we can discover Shenhe and Yun Jin in version 2.4.
