A tiny kitten recently drew attention to itself in Krems with loud, desperate screams that pierced Mark. The little cat was trapped helplessly in a lift shaft. The fire brigade was immediately alerted to help the poor animal. But that wasn’t easy at all. Because before the comrades could free the kitten from its predicament, a floor panel had to be removed to carefully rescue the little one. It was smeared all over with oil. The frightened four-legged friend was immediately taken to the Krems animal shelter. Kitten enjoys being stroked “We carefully bathed the brave cat girl several times to free her from the oil film,” says Brigitte Kainz. Freshly cleaned, it is currently enjoying the intensive caresses of the animal keepers and thanks them with an extensive purr. This should also quickly digest the horror of the past few hours for the kitten.
