On Thursday, Heidi Klum (46) started the 15th season of "Germany's next Topmodel" with numerous beautiful girls – 25 to be precise. But it will not stop there, as ProSieben recently made public. Model mom Klum relies on replenishment. New candidates will come.
For the 25 start candidates, this means that in Costa Rica, their first stop after the big opening show in Munich, three new, unexpected competitors are waiting for them. Because Maribel (18, Mühlheim an der Ruhr), Valeria (19, Freiburg im Breisgau) and Jacky (21, Rheingau-Taunus) are also hot for the title "Germany's next Top Model 2020".
A successful start
For ProSieben, Thursday evening could hardly have gone better. The casting show format is apparently still convincing in its 15th year. Starting at 8:15 p.m., 16.8 percent of 14- to 49-year-old viewers watched Klum, star designer Julien Macdonald (48) and Hollywood star and ex-model Milla Jovovich (44, "Resident Evil") in search of the most beautiful girl in Germany; Primetime top spot.
