Ghostwire Tokyo Announces Release Date With PS5 Showcase

Originally slated for late last year, Ghostwire Tokyo had officially been delayed to Spring 2022. After a leak on the PS Store a few weeks ago, it’s now officially confirmed that the game will be released on March 25, 2022 on PS5 and PC, in just under two months. That’s a pretty short time between announcement and release, especially for a game that hasn’t shown much to the public yet. the Playstation Showcase scheduled for February 3 at 11 p.m. (Paris time) is certainly the first step to remedy this.

Ghostwire Tokyo is an FPS that puts us in the shoes of Akito, an exorcist lost in Tokyo when almost the entire population has just mysteriously disappeared. He then has to face supernatural entities, spirits and yokai, to try to restore the situation.

FromSoftware is used to introducing more or less hidden references in its eyes, the most recurrent is the Moonlight Greatsword. But there are others, like Storm Ruler, as well as a well-known character among gamers.

Gwent fans, get ready! Projekt Red has announced the release of a brand new single player game, and it might even be coming this year.
