GhostWire: Tokyo release date leaked on PlayStation Store

First announced at E3 2019, GhostWire: Tokyo has intrigued the gaming community. Developed by the creators of The Evil Within license, Tango Gameworks, GhostWire: Tokyo was the victim of a first postponement: if it was to be released during the year 2021, it was postponed to 2022 and more precisely to the spring. . Until then, no specific release date had been announced. However, it was without counting on a recent leak, or rather error from Sony.

Sure enough, the game’s page appeared suddenly and quickly on the PlayStation Store. Obviously, users had the time to take a screenshot of it, before it was removed and modified. Thus, we learn that GhostWire: Tokyo could be released here on March 24 or 25. (this basically depends on the exact launch time). However, for the moment, neither Tango Gameworks nor Bethesda Softworks have communicated officially on this subject.

Although Microsoft bought Bethesda Softworks, several months ago now, the American firm must honor certain commitments signed beforehand, including the release of certain titles exclusively on PS4 and/or PS5, as was the case in particular for death loop. GhostWire: Tokyo is part of the list, so the game must be released on PS5 and PC. An Xbox Series version arriving at a later date cannot be ruled out, however.
