Google Calendar now shows your overdue tasks in your calendar

Google Calendar now allows for deeper integration with Tasks, showing overdue tasks directly in your calendar.

The Google suite makes it easy to get organized, including the Calendar and Tasks apps, which let you manage your schedule and to-do lists, respectively. Of course, some of them also depend on your schedule, which is why Google integrated its two services a few years ago.

Built-in calendar reminders

The integration now goes further, since Google Calendar is now able to tell you which tasks are overdue, directly in your calendar. Thus, your calendar will automatically indicate at the top of each day the number of incomplete tasks, for the last 30 days. One click will suffice to display the list of tasks, allowing you to consult or complete them directly from your calendar.

The feature is already available on the web version and will also be rolling out to Android and iOS respectively on February 17 and March 1, harmonizing the experience across devices.
