Google has launched the first test phases for the arrival of Google Play Games on Windows. For the moment access is from Asia, but other regions are coming soon.
This is one of Google’s shock announcements at the end of 2021: Google Play Games, Android games in short, are coming to PC with Windows. The giant certainly does not want to leave Amazon the exclusivity of Android applications and games on Windows 11. Especially since mobile games represent a very lucrative market for Apple and Google, it is therefore necessary to keep players in the ecosystem ” Google Play”.
A few weeks after the announcement, Google presents the beta version of this new service.
Popular mobile games on PC
Google indeed offers to register for the beta of Google Play Games to start discovering the first games for Windows. Be careful though, this beta is only available in a few countries like South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
On Twitter, Android boss Hiroshi Lockheimer has already promised that other regions will be affected in the future. We must therefore take our troubles patiently for France.

In these few countries, the lucky ones can start playing Mobile Legends Bang Bang or Summoners Wars. Game progress syncs between your smartphone and PC through the Google account.
Downloading and installing games goes through a new application to be installed on Windows: Google Play Games. For players from all fronts, it will therefore be added to the existing Epic Games, Steam or Battle.net.

Google promises that the service will be available in a stable version in the course of 2022. The beta should therefore very quickly open up to more regions and more games.
