Surprising news from Gordon Ramsay: The celebrity chef and his wife Tana have welcomed their sixth child together into the world.
This is unexpected: Gordon Ramsay, 57, announces on his Instagram account that he and his wife Tana, 49, have become parents again. It is the sixth child for the star chef and his sweetheart.

Gordon Ramsay shares several pictures from the hospital on social media. In the first snapshot, the TV chef gives the newborn, who is resting on mom’s chest, a tender kiss on the back of the head. In the caption, the 57-year-old, who celebrated his birthday on November 8th, reveals that he and Tana have had another son.
“What a fantastic birthday present: Jesse James Ramsay. […] Another bundle of love for the Ramsay brigade! 3 boys, 3 girls… Done,” he writes. Numerous congratulations accumulate under the post within a few minutes. In the comment column, Hollywood stars Hugh Jackman, 55, and Jeremy Renner, 52, among others, congratulate the happy parents loving words.

The Ramsays wanted a big family
Tana and Gordon Ramsay, who married in 1996, already have five children: daughter Megan, 25, twins Jack and Holly, 23, daughter Matilda “Tilly”, 22, and son Oscar, 4. The presenter revealed in September Speaking to People, she always wanted to have a big family. “I’m one of four kids, Gordon is one of four kids, so it’s kind of second nature to me,” she explained.
Now she posts the same pictures on her Instagram account as her husband and emphasizes: “It’s been a nerve-wracking 9 months, but we made it through and have been blessed with this little bundle. The Ramsay family is definitely complete. Jesse James Ramsay we love you so much.”
