(AOF) – The Bastide Group announces a turnover of 127.9 million euros in the first half, an increase of 7%. The specialist in home healthcare services confirms its 2023/2024 annual turnover target of 540 million euros (excluding new external growth operations) and a current operating margin at least equal to that achieved on the financial year 2022-2023, or 8.4%. Debt reduction and international development in highly technical and high value-added activities constitute the group’s priorities for the 2023-2024 financial year.
The group emphasizes that its performance benefited from the contribution of companies acquired less than a year ago for 2.4 million euros with Probace and Oxigo being the most significant.
Organic growth stood at 5.3%, driven by more technical activities (Respiratory, Nutrition-Perfusion-Stomatherapy), with organic growth of 10.5% and which now represent 60% of the group’s turnover.
