After a false 120-page document that ended up published on Reddit, a new leak around GTA VI begins to circulate. The information would come from the CV of an actress working in collaboration with Rockstar.
Shared by account GTA 6 NEWS & LEAKS on Twitter, the CV of theater and musical actress, Natonia Monet, was reportedly changed between July 15 and 16. Indeed, the actress would have indicated that she would lend her voice to the character of Tamara for a Rockstar Games game called Fireball Video Game.
After checking the screenshots using Wayback Machine, there has indeed been a change between the date of July 15 and 16. The actress did note her participation in a Rockstar Games title before withdrawing it. The reasons for this withdrawal can be multiple and, obviously, nothing confirms that “Fireball Video Game” is the code name for Grand Theft Auto VI.
However, according to the words of Jason Schreierjournalist for the Bloomberg media, we know that the development of the game is progressing, but that he is far from ready. However, certain aspects such as the number of protagonists have been defined. Also, we know that Rockstar is gradually starting to relocate its developers from Red Dead Online to GTA 6 to meet fan expectations. Thus, we understand that the priority for the firm is the future opus of the GTA saga.
Thus, it is not impossible that Rockstar has begun character voice casting. However, it’s a safe bet here that this one is not finished yet and that we will see less and less of this kind of leak in the future if the studio is more cautious.
