(CercleFinance.com) – GTT indicates that it has received an order from the Korean shipyard Hyundai Heavy Industries for the design of the tanks of two new LNG carriers, on behalf of a European shipowner.
GTT will design the tanks of these LNG carriers, each of which will offer a cargo capacity of 174,000 m3 and will incorporate the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.
The delivery of the vessels is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025, specifies GTT.
