We can never get enough news about fashion and trends and luckily we always have an ace up our sleeve: Guido Maria Kretschmer. And even today he can provide us with THE insider tip – because in 2023 nobody can avoid it.
“It’s not just one piece. Of course I still believe in the good looks that are already there,” says fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer when we asked which looks will be particularly popular this year. And yet, one thing is certain firmly: The new year will be blue, because 2023 is all about jeans.
2023 will be the year of jeans
Denim will be taking over many looks on the streets this year. And that can be more individual and exciting than some people might think. In addition to classic blue jeans looks, this material can also convince with its versatility. Jeans in black or gray shades and particularly individual washes will also be in demand this year.
In addition to colors, cuts are the flagship that transforms the jeans looks into individual styles this year. And these are not just limited to trouser looks, because jeans can do much more.

When spring knocks at the door in a few weeks, one piece should definitely be taken out of the closet: the denim jacket. Loved by many, it is one of our all-time favorites in denim because it is timeless and can be combined with almost any look. Model Lena Gercke opts for an oversized denim jacket. Combined with her simple look in white and silver tones, this results in a cool and casual outfit.

Denim is a big topic again, jeans are also in a new version that is almost reminiscent of a “Western style”.

Denim: Double and triple
